Terms & Conditions (T&C) – Pareedhi Welfare Care Foundation / Mission Medha
By proceeding with the registration, the applicant (participant/guardian) acknowledges and agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1. Pareedhi Welfare Care Foundation is a registered not-for-profit social welfare organization, functioning under relevant laws of India, engaged in educational, empowerment, and community development initiatives. Mission Medha is one such social campaign managed under its banner.
2. The objective of Mission Medha is purely non-commercial and welfare-based, intended to empower women and promote cultural service activities such as gau-seva (cow protection), through skill-building, education, and voluntary participation.
3. The registration amount paid by the participant is a non-refundable contribution, made voluntarily to support the organization’s ongoing and future social activities, training programs, administrative overheads, operational infrastructure, and related initiatives.
4. This contribution does not constitute an investment, purchase, deposit, loan, or advance, and shall not be interpreted as consideration for any commercial good or assured service.
5. No refund, reversal, or return shall be applicable under any circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal, non-selection, personal dissatisfaction, or any other grievance.
6. The organization, at its sole discretion, may organize motivational activities, including lucky draws, gift distribution, or public felicitation, which shall be purely promotional in nature and not legally binding as a right or guarantee.
7. Any benefit, reward, gift, plot allotment, or public recognition under the program, if provided, shall be ex-gratia and based solely on the internal guidelines, availability, and discretion of the Foundation. These do not form a contractual obligation.
8. The organization reserves the full right to modify, delay, pause, or cancel any campaign activity, schedule, event, reward, or operational process without prior notice, for administrative, ethical, legal, or force majeure reasons.
9. The Foundation uses a part of the collected contribution towards organizational costs such as training, service deployment, resource distribution, communication, manpower, event management, and outreach expenses. Participants agree to this utilization without contest.
10. Submitting the registration form implies voluntary consent to be contacted via call, SMS, email, or digital medium for present and future program-related communication.
11. Providing incomplete, false, or misleading information may lead to disqualification from the program without refund or justification.
12. The organization or its associates, team members, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damages, under any circumstance.
13. Participants and their guardians (if minor) waive off all rights to initiate legal or financial claims against the Foundation concerning the program’s structure, benefit, or outcome.
14. All disputes or legal concerns shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at the Foundation’s registered district headquarters only.
15. The Foundation reserves the absolute and undisputed right to interpret, amend, and enforce these terms & conditions at its sole discretion, without individual participant notification.

By submitting the form, I hereby declare that I have read, understood, and accepted the above terms & conditions. I understand that this is a voluntary participation in a social welfare program with no commercial return, no refund provision, and no binding entitlement to any material benefit or legal claim.
